What the developer declares on Google Play, what those declarations do and don’t mean, and how to check the current position yourself.
Every app on Google Play has to publish a Data safety section. It's written by the developer and Google displays it as submitted. Here is Waho's, in full, with a note on what each line means in practice.
Waho's data safety declaration

| Deletion | You can request that data be deleted | There’s a route to have your data removed. Uninstalling the app is not that route. |
The developer's privacy policy
The full policy is published by the developer at https://statics.waho.live/about/policy.html, linked from the Play listing. We link to it rather than summarising it, because policies get revised and a summary written today would misrepresent it in six months.
Worth reading for: what's collected and why, how long it's kept, who can access it, and how to make a deletion request.
The location descriptor
Waho's content rating carries the descriptor “Shares Location” alongside “Users Interact” and “In-App Purchases”. That means the app is capable of sharing location with other users.
If you'd rather it didn't, Android gives you the control regardless of what the app prefers:
- Open Settings → Apps → Waho → Permissions → Location.
- Choose Don’t allow, or Ask every time if you want the option.
- Where the app offers a precise/approximate toggle, approximate is the safer default.
